Guys with the E90s...did you go for flush or leave a 1/4 inch gap???
I ended up doing it myself. Mine ended up having a tiny gap. TBH it's barely noticeable, looks flush. Once it''s on, it's on.

Did you peel the tape from the center bit by bit as you fitted or took all of the tape off and went for it?

Take it all off at the start. It's not that hard. Like Teddy's instructions. Peel off tape and fit. I didn't bother with the leaving a bit at the side either.

Fitted a couple of hours ago and then took it for a high speed run on the Autobahn- steering felt bit lighter at 140+ and not quite as stable
Could be my tyre pressures as i havent checked them for a while...cant imagine that this thing could have that much effect.

Anyway after the drive i washed the car and took a few pics-please exuse the photos theyre not the best but i dont know what settings are best for night shots...anyone?!!

Fitted the spoiler about 1/4 inch or so back as i preferred it to the flush look.

Car looks nice but spoiler would look better fitted flush as BMW would have fitted it IMO. Just makes it look 'aftermaket' instead of 'factory fitted'

My mates E90 M3 is not flush with the bootlid - there is a 1/4 inch or so gap...and his was factory fitted.

Looks good. It is supposed to be a little off the edge. I liked it flush though IMO.

Oh Ok, my E90 has it's spoiler fitted flush. All the ones I have seen have been virtually flush (albeit a 'tiny' lip) so presumed that's how they were supposed to be. Hey, if your happy no worries

I am quite impressed at the quality and fit of these spoilers and the paint is spot on. If i decide not to change the car next year then the only other mods i'll consider are a remap, 19s and a front splitter (i am waiting until an all in one splitter comes out for the LCI M Sport bumper as i think it will look better than the left and right carbon splitters)
If i change then i will probaby go S4 or E90 M3.

The M is a better car no doubt but i will have to put a price on how much better.
If they offer me silly money and its going to cost 20000 to change then its not worth it IMO - ill just get the S4.

install should be a breeze, especially if it already has 3M adhesive on it already

Here are a few pics of mine. Excuse the dirt, I only had time to wash and prep the area around the spoiler!

The group buy was cheap. We had a 10+ group of people about a month or so ago. It'll be around 106 painted with no fitting tape. The group buy allowed a huge discount with paint delivery and fitting for 89.50.
