FEELER: 330i Exhuast

hi all,

i was involved in a car accident last month and i got to replace part of my exhuast system, and now that i got my old exhuast back, i was just wondering if anyone is interested in it...

When i had the exhuast, i had about 4000km on it....i saw the invoice for the new exhuast, about $1700, so now i'm asking for $800 for it

the exhuast is only bent slightly, i don't see anything wrong with it....

After the accident, i drove the car for a week before i gave it to the shop to repair, so the exhuast is still working and drivable.....

For those who are interested, please PM me, i will have the pictures taken tomorrow and posted, thanks

I don't think USPS goes to the North Pole.

Actually 20 buck plus shipping would be on the high end of what it is worth. The fact that BMW charges your insurance company 1700.00 to replace a restrictive heavy exhaust doesn't give it any particular value in the aftermarket. For reference, the typical going price of an e46 M3 exhaust is most typically free with local pick-up with the upper range being 50 dollars, and thats for one with no damge. Yours having been bent in an accident is really, well, just scrap metal. Sorry to burst your bubble but I would say if you can get someone to take it off your hands for free and save you the hassel of disposing of it you would be coming out of the deal ahead.
