Yes, you are right. I'm sorry for the inconsistencies..... The list was copied from 4 different sources on 6 different forums

******Payment Information Update******

okay guys, it looks like the number of participants is leveling off. The payment will be $200 + $6 (PayPal fees) for a total of $206 per car

I just finished setting up the track payment account again. It's the same one as the one we used for our last event. Please send payment via PayPal to:

Please don't forget to include the following information:

1) Username (and which forum you belong to if not this one).
2) Car Make/Model/Mods you're going to use at the track.
3) Contact information in case of last minute updates (only if I don't have it already).

I will be meeting with the owner on November 16th. So, payment (and a list of participants) must be submitted before November 15th not before November 9th as previously stated in the first post. Sorry, the first post was written when the racing date was set to November 14th.

****** LATEST UPDATE ******

Okay everyone, I just talked to the track owner and finalized a few things, so here we go....

START TIME:

- Teching will start at 10:00 a.m.

- Racing will start at 11:00 A.M. and end at 6:00 P.M.

- There will be a spectator fee of $10 per spectator

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- The speed at the pits/parking area is 10 mph.... last time, we almost got kicked out because people kept racing in the pit area

- Please bring your own food or at least a snack. There is a Jack In The Box close by to the track. Unfortunately, there will be no food stand open at the track. However, we will have access to the barbecue grills if needed. Some of us will be bringing extra food and drinks.

- There will be NO RACE GAS at the track, so please bring some if you plan to use it.

- Please DO NOT FORGET YOUR HELMET (myself included)

START TIME: - Teching will start at 10:00 a.m. - Racing will start at 11:00 A.M. and end at 6:00 P.M. - There will be a spectator fee of $10 per spectator IMPORTANT NOTES: - The speed at the pits/parking area is 10 mph.... last time, we almost got kicked out because people kept racing in the pit area - Please bring your own food or at least a snack. There is a Jack In The Box close by to the track. Unfortunately, there will be no food stand open at the track. However, we will have access to the barbecue grills if needed.
