Thumbs down Pissed off with BMW Seattle

I am so pissed!!
I bought a new 330i from BMW Seattle 5 weeks ago. And my car has been in the shop for 3 weeks so far.
I am very frustrated. The car had a lot of cosmetic issues and factory defects.
I asked them to give me another car and they refused.

It had a small dent in the back.

All the glass, including windshield, side mirrors, windows etc had to be replaced.

The aluminum frames around the windows had to be replaced.

Ratles comming from everywhere.

And now after 3 weeks, right before going over to pick it up, they said they a re going to keep it for another day because in the final process they put another scratch on it.

Ask dealer to take the car or file lemon law....do whatever to get rid of the car. Even if they fix the issue now, that kind of car is bad luck and a time bomb for future trouble.

Good news is that you can buy 335i now

Salesman was Rick Arden, but the General Manager from Sales, Michael was involved too.

They had this car in stock for about 1 year. That is why they couldn't sell it !! Because off all the problems that it had. It just took a sucker like me to help them get rid of it.
