3rd fuel pump - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Hey guys a quick question, What options do I have as far as getting something done if I end up getting a 3rd fuel pump failure? I have an 08 335 with 30k miles and it looks like i'll be going in for a 3rd fuel pump (to late for a buyback i think). The dealer installed my 2nd pump only about 3 weeks ago only for it to fail today while i was at Lake Tahoe. The classic fuel pump symptoms apperared. The car has been great otherwise since i bought it in 07Looks like i'll be buying the extended warranty plan.

IMO I think you're stuck with the car. Go to the FI section and you'll find some posts on a aftermarket solution which was in the works...
