Avoid these guys.

I bought an ED E90 330i from them. Called the "client advisor" from Europe with a question. His response? "Our financial transaction is over. Call the service guys."

Talked to the service guy today about my incoming redelivery. Didn't know much about the E90; "this car is new to us." Asked him about the BMW clear bra; "We're about to get trained on it. But putting it on is like art."

Interesting....

I bought my 325i from BMW Gallery Norwood (same company) and have had excellent service from them, both pre and post sale.

only problem I have with Norwell Gallery is they do not return phone calls. fuckin pisses me off.

I bought my car at the Norwood Gallery. Service is great but dont ever use the body shop. Very slow, lies a lot, and just so so work.
