Not to thread jack...but anyone know what the new 5 series GT has in them? Saw one driving by the dealer the other day....they werent yellow...they were whitish blue and were BRIGHT! Maybe it was even a new 7er....wasnt sure but I think it was the GT.

Any idea on the brand, if they are H8 or not? I love the look of the LUX h8's, but $235 shipped for lights is $235 I could put towards my tune/dps.

Rather spend the extra money to have quality, not buy a cheap bulb and have it overheat. The factory BMW 5 Series bulb will be money to. It's factory:-)

I have an 06' 330i. If I want to go with a LUX does that mean I would have to go with the 5.0 or lower. Or can i have the LUX H8?

For pre-LCI e90s you need Lux 5. I don't think Marc is making Lux 4 right now.

I had RD 7000K AE's in my 06' e90 for about 4 mths..Both LED's went dead 3 weeks one after another... Right now I am waiting for the set of PIAA's(I was thinking of MTec's but PIAA won)...I am done with that cheap RD/GP crap....

Here's mine, not sure what brand, but the bulbs looked like RD.

Mine are orange as well. Blinkers aren't on, and that's why they appear white. Not to mention, white bulbs will get you a ticket, since your turn signals, by law, must be orange, in the front.

The bulbs looks like this and they came in an unmarked box without and brand names.
