Fast Lane European (San Jose)

This review is for Fast Lane European in San Jose. Mason, the owner is a great dude. I came in earlier this week for a misfire in Cyl 5 and oil consumption due to a leak from my turbos and/or oil pan. I was thinking it was injectors causing the misfires but it seemed that my spark plug had backed out and that I was just an idiot. He confirmed that my turbos were leaking oil from the seals and that I had a decent sized leak in my oil pan.

He got in touch with my 3rd party warranty and worked his magic to have the Turbos AND oil pan gasket replaced within just a few days basically fully covered.

He handled all of the correspondence between the warranty company without any delay. He used to work at BMWMV so you get the service quality of a dealership minus all of the corporate headaches and issues with aftermarket modifications.

They're right across the street from BMW Stevens Creek on Kiely, here's their website...

Mason and fast lane is definitely the place to go. When I bring my car in I feel safe, knowing he's not going to screw me over and my car is in good hands.

He's a fair guy... I'm sure if you give him a call he will be able to explain more.

It's one of the shops where you just feel comfortable leaving your baby...
