They just bolt in. Underneath is how you get to the low pressure fuel pump. Should be able to be snapped back in easily.

On a side note, if the noise keeps happening look for change in the vents underneath the front seats. I was able to get it out by driving in reverse and then slamming on the brakes.

is your door dented? Is it a scratch or just paint transfer? Can you take your finger nail and have it drop down into the scratch.

You can buff out a small scratch. You can also wet sand a scratch You can also get the red paint off your door with a good polish and buffer.
