Help with Key !!!

I blew the fuse on my door lock. I changed the fuses. Now they lock/unlock fine from the inside main lock or buy doing it manually from the outside driver's door. However, now my two keys will not unlock/lock or open the trunk. The key fobs were working fine until I changed the fuses. So to me it seems as though their is something that is not reading between the keys and the car. NOTE:Both keys start and run car fine though, just wont lock/unlock. I also went by the bmw dealer to ask them and the guy said he didn't know why the keys wouldnt work, wanted me to make an appionment to leave my car so they can see if it's something much more intense. Any suggestions?
