Hi everyone

I have an e92 which I bought from the dealer. I had the iphone connection fitted by them into the glovebox. It works in the way that it plays music from custom playlists and the 'all songs' play list. It will not however list by artist or album it just says reading.. I have left it on for 30 mins like that with no action. Is there something wrong with the connection or is it unable to do what I ask? Also is it possible to copy the songs from the iphone to the hard drive on the car?
