Matte black grilles on Black Sapphire

I just got my matte black grilles installed over the weekend and wanted to share a few pics of them on a black sapphire e90 sedan. Overall, I am happy with them, but I think if they were body colored, it'd look much nicer. When the sun is not shining on the car, these grilles look pretty nice, but when the sun is shining on the car, it tends to not look as nice in my opinion. Either way, its nice for both I guess. Installation was very easy also. All you need to do is pull the grilles off with your hands, and then use a Torx 25 driver to remove the 2 skinny pieces.

There is a diy that picus made. It's very easy, although I had to send picus a couple of late night pm's to verify the amount of "reaming" I had to do to get them off.

I absolutely love mine, in the sun or in the shade. One of the best, easiest, and least expensive mods you can do. At least for me it was.
