Does anyone use bavauto.com? Is it a reliable source of parts? How many days does it take to ship?

BavAuto is a online store for bimmers.......bavarian autosport.....

i have used them in the past and have had no problems, they're fine. as far as shipping time it only took me a couple of days to receive my parts but i'm in massachusetts which is very close to them.

I have generally heard very good things about them. My one experience with them was very bad - they failed to send me a muffler system I ordered - I cancelled the order - they then sent the system - hassle to get a refund.

However, I think that my experience was an exception.

yeah they are really good i had some ideas about a suspension on my old 3 i told them my idea and they got back to me about how to do it and what order i should do the parts in. Good peoples. Check out these websites to help you find what your looking for.

Only used them twice so far, but both times received my stuff within 2 or 3 days, with no issues.

I have purchased from bavauto multiple times and every time they were great. They also sent out an "how-to" newsletters that are really decent.

she wants to spend some quality time with the kids.....

and it's too cold to bring my 5 year old out there to torrance.....

Bavarian Auto may be o.k., but shop around. They charged me $51.00 for shipping, when the postage on the box was $18.00. Morristown BMW has much better prices on parts and shipping.....IMHO

All military addresses with an APO will be charged to the central location for military shipping and then assessed more charges by the vendor or whomever if they feel like it. I ship parts to my parents address and then they ship it to me here cheaper than I could. Pretty sad but it happens.

bought hamann alum pedals on mid sept and arrived only today which is around 2 months later. they had to back order it to germany then they said it didn't get in the shipping container the last time and so on. but the sales rep was quite friendly, reply my mails instantly everytime i inquire them. my case was probably just 1 in a million.
