Vivid Racing 335i Catback Exhaust

We have just gotten finished with the new catback system for the 335i. It was made using full 321 stainless steel. The retail kits will feature full polished piping, all neccessary hardware for installation. Exhaust is full 2.5" piping from the downpipes back. Tips are rolled 3.5 inch angle cut tips.

Wanted to get the communities feedback, I will have a sound clip online by the end of the day.

EDIT: Sound Clip --> http://www.agency-power.com/images/335iexhvid.wmv

It looks very modest and that is how it should look (IMO). Thanks for the pictures and product. Do you have any side profile pictures? Thanks again.

Kudos!

For me, the most important thing is to make the exhaust tips look as close to stock as possible, i think they are perfect.

The sound is also very important, nothing to loud..but authoratative when need be.

Looking foreward to the sound clip.

Looks well made

Can the OP or anyone comment on this issue? When you say catback does this mean behind the secondary cats or the primary cats? I have yet to see a picture of the 2 sets of cats (and I never had a turbo car before this one) and I am still confused on this issue. I know that Shivs prototype exhaust also used 2.5 inch tubing and removed a lot of the crimps, bends, and angles but he stated the biggest benefit to flow came from removing the secondary cats. DO all of these AM exhausts also remove the secondary cats?

Thanks

Estimated price for msrp is going to be $1200, just have to remember how much piping this includes.

I second that.

I havnt seen pictures of the 2 cats either.

And this looks like a full exhaust , not cat back. From the DP.

And are you removing the cats, or using high flow cats?

If your removing both , are there any check engine lights,, or fixxes for them.

I have bought stuff from you guys before, Nice work!

And for the tips, go small , and stock looking as possible.

This is only the catback system, we have not replaced the downpipes as of yet. No check engine lights, versions of this exhaust have been on the car for 2 weeks, I will get a dyno sheet up today 11hp over stock, and about 10 more torque after 3000 rpm.

Just made sound clip will get dyno sheet up today as well.

Thanks,

The agency power exhaust gives the car an aggressive deep tone, however it is not overbearing on the road. It was kept to be quiet with the factory downpipes, we have a prototype set of downpipes currently that really open the exhaust up, plus more horsepower!!

Customers that plan to run ecu software on the car will find additional gains with more exhaust flow available.

22lbs lighter than stock.

This exhaust has far better flow rates then your factory exhaust, it will gain more power once the restriction in the downpipes is eliminated.

I don't have any pricing on those items yet, The downpipes I will have info in about 2 weeks, the intake is going to be tough because the bmw factory intake system is very good. We are looking at it and will be testing a prototype soon.
