The night before, I when out to look at the cars but the dealership was closing, funny thing is a salesman honked at me driving on his way out only to crack his window enought to give me a card

But that was not a reflection of the first class service I received there...

My experience at Global was nothing shot from perfect, great service, my sales person was just great, Zak Reitzfeld. He treated me and my wife like royalty, explained everything about the car, no presure and he never talked to me about money... I'm a fairly young looking guy but for one of those rare times, I was treated with the respect I feel I deserved... He took me on a nice test drive of the 330I giving me great information about the car along the way, he knew the answers to even my toughest questions (The average car salesman would not know) Like why the BMW was able to bump up the horse power but still keep the same tipe of gas mileage etc...

I had lost faith in car purchasing but Global help me gain confidence back...

I did not purchase the BMW yet but the service I got will make me purchase one as soon as I get my finances back in order...

Global Imports BMW in Atlanta is a wonderful dealer. I have leased 2 cars from CA Garland Helton over the past 4 years. Each transaction was painless, respectful, pleasant and the prices quoted/agreed upon match at the final paperwork signing to the penny. To the penny. I can't say enough good things about this dealer. You definitely should end your shopping there.

Funny you should post up about Garland. We've purchased our past 3 BMW's from him and have been 100% satisfied. He is truely an asset for Global.

With all the issues we've had with our current 07 335i we have been talking with him over the past three days about trading in for a 535xi sport wagon (I know, I know...but some times you gotta give a little with the wife!).
