Alternator problem

Hi guys,

I fixed my alternator (change regulator and pulley), because the alternator was sending high voltage to the battery (like 14.7 volts). So now the alternator works fine but after the repair the alternator sending energy like 13.4 volts. i Think its too low, have to be 14v.

I dont know if is a problem of the new regulator (doesnt work good maybe) or i dont know. When we test the alternator outiside the car in the machine for test alternators, in the screen of the machine say 14v . But in the car when i test the alternator with a multimeter in the same alternator the alternator continue showing 13.4 volts.

My car is a e90 328i from 2007

If some one can help me please what i should i do with this problem

thanks in advance
