Does anyone know if the mounting holes on euro plates are the same as US?

I would assume not but I can't really tell in any pictures I've seen on sites I am thinking of ordering from. I'd love to throw a euro plate on the front with this mounting kit if it is possible.

khaye1 I think this is the best solution I have seen! I live in Ontario Canada and all our cars have to have plates on the front and back (which I hate) would be nice if we only needed a plate on the back like some states. It is a great idea but in Canada the front skirt piece already comes pre drilled and some have the black plate holder. So in the end it does not really matter cuz the plate will still take away from the appearance. But if you don't want to drill this is a very cool and interesting solution!
