Retrofitting M-sport seat question
Hi there guys,
After trying to get an answer from a significant number of BMW dealers this morning i have given up and decided to see if anyone on here knows the answer. Is it possible to retrofit e92 m-sport seats into a E92 se. Also note that the seats are electric and the main question is wether the electrics will work after putting the new seats in. Any help will be much appreciated. Nayan |

In a German Forum I read a thread of somebody doing this. It is not easy at all. In the end he got the seats working, but only partly. There was a lot of time of the dealer involved.
You have electric seats now? you currently have seatheating? |

not over here, but maybe indeed in the UK. If you have already electric seats with seat heating it gets a lot easier. The only problem I know is the application only available with sport seats, which is the possibility to narrow / widen the seat pollster.

Yes, it was only the 6 cylinder cars that came with electric seats as standard.

Sort of. The 4-cyl (E92) had electric seats too but no memory function.
