The pricks charged me $99.00 on sale a few weeks back

Needed it to change my rims, works great though...

Take it back and buy it on-sale or take in your receipt and have them credit you the difference

looked at the specs...they are rated at maximum 29.4 Nm....doesn't it take about 100 - 120 Nm to tighten a lug nut on an E92?

not sure about that, but the 1/2" one for $67.99 is much more than capable to tighten lugs on my E90. lol

e90 is 95 ft/lbs. Canadian torque wrenches will list both Nm and ft/lbs. This is fine for our car, probably just a typo on the site showing it as in-lbs.

The "30-250 in.-lbs (4.5-29.4 Nm)" was a mis-print....should have said ft-lbs, not in-lbs.

It's a very nice unit...I have the 1/2" drive, long handle: rating is 30-250 ft-lbs (55-350 Nm) - plenty of juice!

Ah, that's why I didn't get a sales alert email - different product. I'll hold out for the maximum sale. Acc. to the CT site the maximum has features that's not listed for this one - audible click, forward/reverse, ergonomic handle and comes with a case.
