As the subject says. If anyone is selling their car or turning in a lease with a BMW Performance Intake I would be interested in purchasing it as long as it is complete and in perfect condition.

Ya might want to think about going with the Euro Intake, ECS Tuning can get them now for $365 (heck of a lot cheaper than the PI) and it's basically the same thing without the CF...

Problem is that they dont guarantee that it will work with a 328 xi Sedan or any 328 for that matter. The Euro is only rated on realoem.com to work with 330 and 325, that is it. There is also discussion that it does not have the same air filter as a NA performance Intake and therefore may not have the same performance gain.

You can buy just box and then get your own Round Filter such as K&N, or as a kit including the BMW Round Filter (not oiled type)
