can anyone verify this statement????

"do the tires come with TPMS??"

"They do not come with a unit but they will work with your existing TPMS unit. just mount the tires and your good to go !"

I am looking to buy used tires and don't know much about the TPMS

Tire pressure sensors are a small unit inside the rim / tire. Changing stock sizes and stock OEM brand tires will not effect the system as long as you dont take out the unit when installing the new tire !

TPMS unit is mounted on the inside of the wheel/rim, integrated with the valve stem. It is independent of the tire.
