New Magnaflow exhaust system

So last month Magnaflow used my car to prototype a new system. This system can be purchased as a cat back and they now also sell mid pipes as well. My car is fully catless and this system sounds and performs good. Here are some pics.

Cold Start and slow driving.

I'm not a fan of the one muffler design like that. Reminds me of a 4th gen camaro. Dual mufflers right behind the tips looks great, did they just do the single for price reasons?

Kit looks very clean otherwise. How is the sound?

I don't know, that's how akrapovic did it, and it seems like they know what they're doing...

Looks nice Donald.
How would you compare it to the custom made set up you had previously?

I'm sure the 1 muffler design is to help curb weight. Have you experienced any drone when cruising on the highway? Thanks in advance...

Hopefully you were able to replicate the sound of this one. No one else has been able too.

This isn't too far off from the same sound, IMHO. Honestly, I'm hoping the Magnaflow sounds better.

Eff Magnaflow. I'll buy the parts and make it myself.

It pisses me off when companies price gouge consumers based on the purchase price of their cars. DO HONEST BUSINESS. Recoup your costs on parts, labor, and R&D, and sell the damn thing.

For instance... here is the Magnaflow exhaust for a 2008 Mustang GT. 2.5" piping, 4" tips, and 4x9x14" dual mufflers - $843

http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...ne=all&id=3405

Now here is the Magnaflow exhaust for a 2008 BMW 335i. 2.5" piping, 4" tips, and (smaller) 5x5x14" dual mufflers..$1,420

http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...ne=all&id=8131

Same piping, same tips, SMALLER mufflers, arguably similar R&D, but the BMW exhaust is ~$600 more expensive for no apparent reason other than it's for a BMW.

Eff you, Magnaflow.

Nice! Not everyone understands supply and demand although it's hard not to notice there's a GT Mustang around every corner wherever you go.
