I am not sure on the exact mil but I can find out or you. Its not super thick so it doesn't add any bulk to the pipes.

I am not sure I follow your question? You mean once you install the pipes does the exhaust actually move up or down an inch or so like with some of the other pipe manufacturers?

If so I have seen many install from my customers and all the exhausts line up perfectly. If there is any movement its undetectable.

Maybe a stupid question from a newbie - what is the difference between the catless and catted? How difficult is it to install with my 10 thumbs?

In the several UR and RR pipes I have installed, the exhaust moved such that the tips were further in than with the stock DP's. If that helps.

The catted pipes have built in catalytic converters while the catless ones don't. The catted pipes still flow a lot better then the stock catted pipes but not as well as the catless ones.

As for install, its doable on your own but its not an easy one. This would rate as more of a challenging DIY, but if you have a lift it makes it a lot easier.
