I just created this sub-forum yesterday, so that could be the reason
We've got several members from HK, Phillipines, Malaysia, Indonesia who have posted in the past. Hopefully they'll sign in here. |

Where is everyone from here? I just moved to Hong Kong...
Quick question, do all asian countries (except china and japan) have right hand drive? I know that in Japan, we were allowed to have both left and right hand drive vehicles.

Kelvin, it's great we have an Asia Forum. Did you go to the 3 series release show at the Hong Kong Convention Center when it came out?
Since, i'm pretty new to Hong Kong, i was wondering do they have any BMW meets or something like that?

Count yourself lucky Woody, we pay more than US$ 70 k for the E90 320i in Singapore - infamous for being the most expensive place on earth to own a car. Before the property, financial and internet bubbles burst, people were paying up to US$120k for entry level 3 Series.
Anyway, still a happy owner for a 7 weeks old 320i. Had some complains about rattles and wind noise but generally happy with the awesome drive. Only wish we have more roads to drive on. MotoFish (Singapore) E90 320i, Jet Black with Beige leather seats. |

Great got guys in this part of the world that to chat..waiting for mine 325i Monaco with Grey interior for past 4 months - got some governmental hiccups. Cost just as high here USD72K for 320i and USD84,800 for 325i - very hefty duties imposed by our government..
What do you guys think of clear rear lights rather than all red? Seems cool if it is partially white all across and not just than small triangle-like thing with the red at the bottom only. |

Hi, I'm from Singapore and got my 325i end of July. Paid almost USD103k for it with Xenon, Sports Seat, Titanium Matt Trim, etc...
Still looking for upgrading of Springs(or Coilover), Air Intake, Brakes, etc... Hi Motofish, nice to see fellow S'porean here. Anyone else??? |
