E90 xdrive wheel question

I am looking to upgrade to 18's on my 09 E90 xdrive. I am trying to get off of run flats. What size wheel / tire should I be looking at where I can use my factory 161 with a snow tire as a spare.

Common upgrades that will maintain the same overall diameter would be 225/45R17 and 225/40R18.

Gary,
Do you have anything you could put together as a package (wheel / tire / sensors) in a wheel like a 220, 359, M6 / new m5 wheel?
