E91 M sport suspension.

I have E91 318d wagon(2010). But I want to change my normal suspension to M sport suspension. Actuallly I purchased 4dampers and springs(genuine M sport kits for E91 wagon) but I have not realized that full suspension kits include stibilizer(Anti roll bar). So I am very worried about this thing.
When I check it through dealership, they told me service center always offers suspension work and stabilizer(ARB)work together. That's why I am very worried my suspension changing without stabilizer work. Also my 318 has basic stabilizer. I wonder that it is worth a try for good looking and nice cornering, if I get M suspension without basic stabilizer

Can I install suspension and spring without having M stibilizer(ARB) kits for this suspension? Is it worth a try?

Can I put the M springs to my normal suspension? Does it give me good result? THis case I can keep using my normal stibilizer at least.

Please help me..
