It's not perfect, but it does mix sportiness and elegance very well.

That is one of the most gorgeous cars I've ever laid eyes upon. It's a futuristic masterpiece! Please BMW don't change a thing. Really nice video too.

This car is just perfect. For me the most beautiful 4 door car was the Maserati Quattroporte. Now it is the BMW 6 Series GC. And for me, the Maserati GranTourismo and GranCabrio being the most beautiful coupé and convertible ever built, I wonder if I'll like the 6 Series Coupé and Convertible more. What is good is that the car is going to be nearly the same. Too see the changes which will be done just compare X6 Concept with Production X6, or X1 Concept with Porduction X1.
I want in my garage right now a BMW M6 GranCoupé.

Very beautiful car. I read that the windows are supposed to be frameless. This is a bad idea, the windows will ultimately rattle and flex like the old MB CLK, which after a couple of years ends up looking and sounding like a Dodge Omni. Please BMW, reconsider this design element for an otherwise outstanding car.

Do the frameless windows rattle and flex on 1/3/6 Series Coupé/Convertible? If the GC does not come with frameless windows, than this car has no sense, it would just be a 5 Series or a 6 Series GranSedan.

BMW always believes in structural rigidity being a benefit to the response of a car. For that reason alone the only BMW models that will see the removal of a B-Pillar is Roadsters and Cabrio variants only.
every BMW Sedan , Coupe etc will always feature a B-Pillar it's what makes a BMW , handle like a BMW and be a BMW.

Although the E31 8er Coupe lacked a B-Pillar, many feel it contributed to the lacklustre handling of that car.
So much that Wolfgang Reitzle wanted the car re-engineered to accomodate a B-Pillar as the prototype M8 used a B-Pillar and completely transformed the car. The early nineties recession killed the strategy to do this.

I am hoping that the production car will not change much at all. I like the side view mirror metal mounts, headlights, door handles (almost like the Rapide), and the exhaust tips.

Maybe they add some sort of a chrome strip or something to make the trunklid not so plain and vast.

I have not able to find the interior shots, perhaps it would be similar to the 7-series.

Please, no. Stop with the M-Everything. Or if not, get back in the kitchen and make me an E91 M3.
