Anyone install Delphi Roady XT in the Sunglass ashtray holder? - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Im hoping itll fit in there, but im thinking with the car kit, itll be too tall?

somethings you gota try on your own...work in progress, but the car dock IS mounted here, and it sits below a hole cut in the ashtray floor (actual ashtray is removed) This leaves plenty of room below for the ant, power and aux wires. Will be finishing up in the next day or so when everything sets up. the ashtray does close
