debating right now... looking at a black one with navi from a dealer in NY call auto expo. Anyone dealt with them before?

Nah but idk if you checked the carfax...it's been in an accident...if that's not a big deal to u so be it lol...just pointin' out...Big or small, once a car is in an accident, in my opinion, it never EVER drives exactly as is should

Lol trust me I am in the EXACT same position as you. I've been looking for a 3-Series equipped with what I want for about a month now with no luck but I'm still trying. Don;t give up and you'll eventually find what you want. I'm looking for ANY 3-series with sports package pref CPO and it's been a real hassle to find one around 25k
