CD Player EXTREMELY sensitive after lowering?

I didn't notice this until recently but my CD player seems to be extremely sensitive to road bumps now. Every tiny bump i hit, even if its very minor, seems to make my cd player skip while its playing cd's and mp3's. When i say skip, i don't mean skpping to the next track (as that seems to be another common problem), but i mean the cd player stops playing for 2 seconds, then continues on on the same track. Has anyone else experienced this after lowering their cars? I'm on Eibach i springs with Bilstein shocks. The ride isn't that rough but it seems that every little movement my wheels encounter, the cd player just wants to skip. Do you guys think this is a problem with my cd player or is this normal since my car is lowered and my car incurs a lot more "bumps" than normal due to the stiff spring rates?
