ScheerSpeed: 24 hours STRAIGHT on a Benz GL550

This car belongs to my customer's wife. they have two kids, and thsi car serves as the "family car". Meaning kids go to soccer and baseball practice, school, etc in this car, so you can just imagine how out of control filthy the interior was. The exterior needed a two stage polish to get about 95% of the swirl marks out. However a few RIDS here and there remained, but would have needed to be sanded to completely remove, and the owner did not want to go that far. We worked for 24 hours STRAIGHT... 8am-8am because the owner needed the car the next day. The interior alone took 10 hours!

Why are you posting and not sleeping after 24 hours?

Would it have made any sense to remove the back seat covers and just throw them in the laundry?

Great job Dom! The GL is a big vehicle - tons of surface area and a really messed up interior. Looks like new now though! I hope the owner appreciates a 24-hour job being handled in 24 hours.

They better have tipped you well for that. 24 hours straight is insane, but it does look awesome. Wanna come up to Jersey and do mine next?
