BT's SG e92 - 19" LC 818 / black chrome exhaust / others

Hey guys... 1st time posting pics. I picked her up August 18th & went straight to work. I tried to support as many forum vendors as possible. Zoeb from wheeldude.com hooked up the wheels, Nick from jlevisw shipped the rest of the mods and I got the black chrome exhaust tips from Cyba, which I was really impressed with. If you have any tips or recommendations to complete the look, I'm happy to hear them.

Second round mods (interior/exterior wrap): Here

Mods this round include:
  • front aero lip
  • bimmian body colour painted front reflectors
  • matte black kidney grills
  • Formula1 tinted windows
  • Hyper Black Linea Corse 818's mounted on Hankook Ventus (235/35/19 & 265/30/19)
  • M3 rear lip
  • black chrome exhaust tips

I also ordered a front grill race mesh in black, but it hasn't arrived. Anyway, here are the photos with some different scenery along the way. If anyone has some advice on changing the window trim to black, I've never had to wrap anything in vinyl before.

Here she is in the showroom:

Quick shot of the rear before we start modding:

And here it is, phase I is complete:

Welding the exhaust tips:

Time to put in some ultra 94 and call it a day:

Don't want to picky but it looks to me like your left exhaust tip is sticking out a little bit more than the right

Awesome! All I can suggest is black window trim to match the grills.

Looking good, so far MODs are tasteful !

BTW if that is 245/19/40 & 265/19/35 the size of your tires, your diameter is of by ~6% on the front ~5% on the rear compare to OEM tire diameter. You should try to stay under 3%. This would of been more ideal size 245/19/35 & 265/19/30.

Yes! I noticed that too. Before they welded it, they wanted me to confirm it looked fine. The shop said it's mounted perfectly center on both sides with perfect fitment even though it looks like the left sticks out ever so slightly over the right... so I trusted their judgment.

Good catch, I mistyped it. Tire sizes have been corrected.

Great looking ride! I was looking all over for pics of this combo a few weeks ago. I ordered the hyper black for Space Gray anyways… Thanks Zoeb I guess I won't be disappointed.

Smoked side markers with LED. Subtle difference but nice. Jlevisw has them.

2nd round

So I've hit the second round of modding, this time it's all about the wraps. I got the interior wrapped in carbon fiber vinyl to replace the walnut trim and I had the window trim wrapped in matte black vinyl. Total cost: $500. I'm really happy with the quality of work for both wraps. It's one step closer to completing the theme for the car.
