I live in Parma - suburb just south of Cleveland. I drive a 2007 SG 335i - just got it two Wednesdays ago. Mods are blacklines, authentic Hartge lip, and OEM SG spoiler. I love this car!

Hey at least I'm not alone with my slow 325 haha. Anthony has one as well. I could always steal my dad's 330i to not be so slow I guess lol.

come on, a 325 manual can sort of keep up with an auto 330i...well sorta.

Are we the only 325s in the area and on this board?

I actually live in the Farilawn area but work in Downtown Cleveland.

As far as I know, at least that actively post and not just lurking. Fairlawns a decent area, a surprising choice actually if you didn't know the area well to begin with. Unless you like the land you should have taken a gander at Rocky River, Westlake, Bay Village, or Avon Lake. The commute would have been a lot more favorable, plus the westside is on a good upward movement.

As good as Fairlawn is to live, looking back now, I would liked to live a bit closer to Cleveland. I wasn't familiar to the area and had to find a place to live rather quickly. I'm not disappointed with where I live. it's just a change I would and can still eventually make...

Why not go for Lakewood, Rocky River, Fairview Park, N. Olmsted, or even Middleburg. Fairlawn is just really far and traffic on 77 is going to be insane for the next decade once they begin to widen it out to 3 lanes past brecksville. Just some food for thought.

I'm in the beginning steps of looking for a house as well and I take into consideration the Cities/areas future plans and how they'll affect me.

I grew up in the Akron / Fairlawn area. When I was a punk ass kid I used to ride my skateboard to Summit mall

It was a great place to grow up and/or raise a family.

I live down in Columbus now though.

I'm by no means trying to get down on the area, just pointing out other options

. I love driving, I hate commuting. 77 IMO is commuting hell, even worse then 71.
