Thanx. Yes the m5 is really fast at higher speeds. In the first race he started gaining on me in 200km/h and passed at 220...

So wait, in the first vid, you kept up pretty well with the M5 (which had no passenger)... and in the 2nd vid, you got killed by the M5 WITH a passenger??

Why are you shifting early and not allowing the car to wind up to redline?
In one of your last runs, it looks like you even shifted at 5k.
You know, there is really no need to shift UP with the paddle shifters even if you're in full manual mode. It will do the shifting for you and no it won't delay it.
You're actually slowing the car down by shifting early.

I always hear the excuse "but max HP is not at redline, it's at 5....K RPM so there is no point to hold it to redline". It doesn't work like that.
You need to hold it to redline so that it can be higher up the RPM band in the next gear.

I shift at 6500rpm, the car hit a wall after that and feels really weak. Even if you donīt use the paddle you can never push a 6AT tranny to redline, the steptronic shift at 6800rpm. But maybe you are right, I have a Racelogic so I can try 0-200 with different shift points.

Well it is a simple lack of power: M5 = 507HP vs 335ia = aprox 430HP And my weight advantage is not very big i those speeds.
