when you say below "invoice" you mean below "MSRP" i think. invoice and msrp price are two completely different things...

sorry to say tht the resale value on the 335is is ridiculously dropping..... the 09 M3s are selling in the mid 50s with less than 10k miles.... personally i would get the 09 M3

for $69,670 MSRP the Invoice is actually only $64,120. If one does Euro Delivery it's another ~$2-3k cheaper... Depending on the dealership and the current low sales volume you can prob really get a brand new one "below invoice." This sounds like a dealership selling an "executive demo?"

I saw an 2010 M3 convertible @ the dealership marked down from $79k to $69k... so tempted

Below invoice

Yes it is below dealer invoice and it it is not an exec demo

It is a better day to day driver than an M3, the exhaust sounds better and mileage is much better.

Plus the price difference.

M3 is not for everyone just like a 335is isn't

But in my opinion its the best 3-Series I've ever driven

Perfect in all ways as a daily driver and fun on track although i have not tracked it

it only has 270 miles on it

Plus CA license is paid which is an extra $861 bonus
