Any recommendations on headers and would this delete the cat since the cat is connected to the exhaust manifold? Also would it be bad to upgrade to the 3 stage intake manifold without doing headers first?
This is my first bmw so might be a noob question but thanks for any input.

gavin could you pm me info on a 3stage manifold upgrade and headers, i want this done but want more info
