I've been debating back and forth if I should sell my car or not. Only reason I would like to sell it is so I can buy some real estate and getting this car off my credit and buying something cheaper in cash would help.

Anyways the car has 42k miles and I would like to get $35k.

Car has been very well maintained. All standard maintenance performed at the dealer and in between changes done every 5-7k miles.

Disclosure: Rear bumper was replaced with brand new one at around 20k miles (some idiot rolled into me at a red light, very minor damage, however I pushed for a new bumper since the car was brand new). All work performed by BMW dealer body shop. Also a small dent on the hood was removed by PDR. Lower front grille is broken by some road debris, I have the replacement grille and it's being replaced.
