Please help: Iphone4/iPod muffled sound - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Sorry about MY "first post" being a problem, but here goes (I promise to not just disappear when someone helps me, because I think I'll have many questions):

Straight to the point:

Radio and CD's sound fine, but when I hook up my iPhone4 using the USB/Aux Jack (which came with the car), the music sounds muffled (as if my speakers are blown).

Now, I've searched BMW forums (some threads in this one, too), and the resolution is supposedly an "auxiliary input sensitivity" thing; however, I have no idea where to adjust that on my car's stereo. Does my year and model even have one?

I've checked my audio settings on my iphone4 (EQ settings are off, etc.). And obviously there is nothing wrong with the stereo, as CDs and radio sound just fine. Tweaked volume controls here and there and no luck.

Any ideas?

Other than that, my purchase makes me feel like a new person! =D

Okay, figured it out. I simply looked in the manual.

Should have done that to begin with.

I just picked up my 2011 328i and haven't been able to adjust the settings to my liking. Where did you find the auxiliary input sensitivity setting? Thanks.
