I just had extremely bad bad bad customer service experience with this online rims/tires seller. I recommend you all NOT TO SHOP there. Price seems to be OK, but the customer service is BAD, EXTREMELY BAD.

BEWARE.

What happened?

I had to cancel an order because I wasn't too sure about the size of the rims & tires, and I did that by calling them up and cancelling the order.
The next day, I kind of changed my mind, and submitted a new order (same rims and tires). Then I get e-mail saying basically "we don't sell rims & tires to you."
I call'em up asking them what's happening, and the guy keep saying "we are not selling rims & tires to you." And I ask the guy if I did anything wrong, and he said "no, we just are not going to sell anything to you".

I am not sure if this kind ot treatment is something that I can sue'em legally.

Anyway... there, you have it. To me, that's BAD BAD BAD customer service.
