E92 X-Drive Lowered Suspension

Newbie question, that's probably been asked 100 times.

I want my 335i X-drive to sit a little lower, but with the odd size tires it rubs a bit in the back already. I plan to fix the tire issue by going with 225/35R19 in the front and 255/30R19 in the rear. I just have no idea how much each system lowers it, the *quality*, and how much room I'll have to lower it.

Basically I know nothing. Can anyone set a complete suspension newbie straight?
