What MY is your car? The error seems to indicate that you may need to update the SP-daten files...

No clues. I did have my TCU replaced about a 7 months ago (dealer installed) and I added the iPod adapter in place of the cd changer (I installed) .. not sure if that matters.

SITZ_AUT_VERST_ENT_T

nicht_aktiv for me, aktiv for the car with premium

GET_POSITION_TIMEOUT
5_minuten (0_minuten without premium)

we both have:
SITZMEMORY_FAHRER
nicht_aktiv (strange!!)

SITZMEMORY_FAHRER_1
nicht_aktiv (strange!!)

AUT_SITZVERSTELLUNG
nicht_aktiv

DEF_AUT_SITZVERSTELLUNG (AJUSTEMENT)

Thanks for any help!
I have compared the entire car, next step will be to identified in which modules the right values are.

updating the daten files seemed to do the trick. I was able to code the digital speedo, delete warning on nav, mirrors and windows with fob.

Thanks again for the help.

Couple questions:

In ncs, after selecting chassis i have CAS NFRM FRM. We always select CAS what are the other two for?

what is the difference between nfrm frm? I want to do the "fog turning on when unlocking car" but when i input values it gives me a coding error. any info? i have an 08 build 07

does anyone know how to make it so that the halos dont dim when the main lamps are on?

I will ask again without the picture's, maybe people didn't see my questions:
-Welcome Lights is now a selectable option:
They still don't work though.... What is the right way of making them come on?

-Added the option of BMW Online, but when I want to accept it says "Telephone not found"? My BlackBerry is connected via BlueTooth hwoever? Am I doing something wrong?

-Added the Voice Module ($620) to my VO, but when I press the Voice button on the wheel nothing happens... any tips?

Your adaptive contoller on one light is prob out.
Question when you start the car does your lights move up and down/side to side or both. check to make sure the cover for your xeons have clips and its closing.
To replace the controller its 149 for the part but requires taking the bumper off indy shop did mine for 300 total. but it's something you can do yourself.

All, im sorry if i am not understanding, but i was probably not clear from the beggining. my car was set up from the factory with AHL on my bi-xenons. I replace them with OEM Euro Non-Adaptive Xenons. These new headlights have no AHL module. But the car is still thinking i have the USA Spec AHL Xenons.

I am clueless when it comes to coding. If someone local can help me out, i can meet them to fix the error. Also, if someone knows how to fix, i can relay this information to my friend at the shop who has the laptop program.

If they find the code to turn it off ill help, i am close to greenwich. You can use my cable and software. But we need to find out which code.

Edit scratch that they have a code on the spreadsheet but you have to have NFRM. That means I should be able to do it if your car is newer than 04/07 I think

Please post your FRM module .trc. You probably need to turn off the bulb checking for the foglight.

Load FSW PSW MAN profile then go to select cas hit back read esu select FRM module, based on the spreadsheet i think you want the NFRM but i could be wrong. Once you get it read it and it should change the FSW PSW TRC file in your work folder.

does anyone know how to get rid of the "daytime running lamp/parking lamp" error??
It's probably the angel eyes. I disabled ALL of the cold bulb check and warm bulb check I found in CAS>FRM but still no luck... :[

The spreadsheet only has the code for disabling bulb checks for low beam, high beam, fog light, etc but not the angel eyes...

If your fuel cap error is STILL on after all that, I would go verify it's on tight (yup, in that order )
