60k Recommended Maintenance

I'm at 53k miles on my 07 335i sedan AT. I plan to keep the car for about 5-6 more years. I'm beginning to think now (and brace myself?) for recommended maintenance at 60k miles. I don't have an extended warranty or maintenance plan (save your comments on how crazy this is - I'm willing to take the risk vs. paying thousands up front).

Although it might make the car more valuable in the future to show a future buyer that I've done all the recommended maintenance at the correct times, I'm more concerned with just having a good car that is maintained well to prevent future damage. Thus, I'm not sure that I'm going to do all the recommended maintenance at 60k miles, but I would appreciate any input on what you guys and gals think are the most important issues.

I just had the brake fluid changed about 3k miles ago, but other than that, what is recommended at 60k miles? Thanks in advance.

Changing the transmission filter and fluid isn't a bad idea if you're planning on holding onto it for that long.
Good deal here

Contact ZF for authorized dealers for the OEM fluid much cheaper than the dealership. (wittrans.com is an authorized dealer)
When did you last change the cabin air filter? Engine air filter?

As far as I know the air filters have never been changed.

Same advice http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=451068

But maybe not change the trans pan/filter, yet. Trans fluid, sure.

If no codes are being thrown use Chevron Techron fuel injector cleaner (concentrate). It solves rpm fluctuating upon cold start-up. Also, for most BMW problems start off by scanning your car with the Peake Research Tool. It contains the actual BMW codes. If you want to register a newly installed battery for free (just buy a $10 cable) and google/download BMWLogger

Look at the checklist receipt for your 30k inspection service. The 60k is the same. It's simply an extensive visual inspection - although I would also consider changing the transmission fluid at this point.
