Let's play some games!

I'm not super competitive, but I like to play and have fun (although winning is more fun than losing!).

Also, get your K-Sector Badge and post it in this thread. It automatically updates when you win/lose, get an achievement, etc.

This will make it easier to find even-skilled players; so that a Bronze Leaguer doesn't ask a Diamond Leaguer for a game, resulting in Diamond Rage because the Bronze Leaguer isn't up to snuff.

Personally, I don't care, and I'll play with anyone. Just HF and don't rage on me!

Obviously I'm just an average platinum player. I don't really care much about 1v1 stat as long as your 2v2 or 3v3 stat is good.
I've seen tons of 1v1 platinum players struggling in 2v2/3v3 games. Communication and teamwork is too important in non-1vs1 games..

BTW, anyone care to explain the leagues and points system to me? I mean, I'm Platinum Rank #2 (within my league), but I played a 1vs1 "Teams Even" match against a Copper Player who completely owned me. He was copper with 12xx points.

ranking doesnt really matter, its the amount of points you have that really counts. Different divisions have different ranks (for instance a rank 4 in one diamond division could be rank 20 in a higher diamond division).

Even/slightly favored/favored doesn't necessarily have to do with division or rank. I'm not 100% positive, but it seems like they judge by win/loss ratio. If your opponent has a higher % win rate, they are considered slightly favored/favored.

So points are more important than your league/rank in determining how good you are. Is the league determined on a first come/first serve? I feel I should be in Gold or Silver.

what happened? i thought u were doing well in the early beta days? these days i've been averaging about 1 game per day.. im at roughly 2400~ in my diamond division.

btw, match making has nothing to do with your ladder points, division, or league. it is all based on blizzard's internal MMR system. afaik points and ladder position is all for show.

im in 1200+ diamond 1's. Not sure about 2's, but still in diamond

i dont really play 2's or 3's. and yeah, i'm about 2500 right now but theres no way ill be in masters league. i probably average less than a game per day or maybe close to a game per day. all of my friends have passed me at close to 3k or 3k+

Don't look at your league points.. they are pretty much useless... It's normal for you to play a lower league or a higher league in a 1v1 ladder. When u beat a higher league player, you'll more likely get promoted faster...
