I am interested in dp catless, between active 3 " and ar design 3 ". They said to me that really the ar design is equal to the CP-e, and ends in 2.5 ". Is it true?
There are differences between active and the ar design?

All of these bolt-on catless downpipes taper from 3" (at the turbine flange) to 2.5" at the secondary pipes.

The most significant differences among these pipes are construction.

CP-E downpipes use cast flanges that neck down to 2.5" at the first bend off the turbos. I like that for its durability over heat cycles from a daily-driven car.

The ar Design pipes are quality mandrel-bent, welded pipes that neck down to 2.5" at the secondary pipe flange. Seemingly hundreds have been sold without issue. Ceramic coating is optional.

These AA pipes appear to be constructed with quality that rivals ar. In addition, they include mounting brackets that help to suspend the front portion of the exhaust system and control lateral movement as the engine flexes under load. The price in this group buy is hard to ignore-- these AA pipes look to be an incredible value.

I'm fine with either. ar pipes are a bit more expensive but Andrew's customer service is fantastic and they're just about 100% guaranteed to fit.

The AA pipes are brand new so I can't say how they fit but the price on this group buy is incredible-- I keep coming back to this thread to see if it's still open as I'm strongly considering a set for myself!

Is this also a 3" at one end and taper down to 2.5"? This will bolt us to any after market exhaust?

How much shipped to Canada (T3A4S8)?

If you aren't running either a PROcede or JB4 then it will trigger a CEL, but you can get an o2 sim like the BMS o2 sims for 80.00.

As for shipping, they are shipping from the US or from Canada depending where you live. So for you shipping will be the same as the US guys. about 30.00 - 37.00 via FEDEX.

I think the BMW O2 simulator passes valid forward voltage readings back to the DME so the car will think the rear O2 sensors are functioning as expected and will pass readiness.

I wish they would make a PnP version that taps in-line with the rear sensors instead of the pinout harness at the DME. I don't want to pop open my cowl if I don't have to, especially while using a flash-based tune.
