Id say you could use the E92 DIY as a reference but i think i saw somewhere a e90 bumper removal, wasnt written as a DYI but had a few pics of the removal process

You're in luck. I had to remove mine this morning. First time I've done it, and it took under 15 minutes, including picture-taking time...
