Can this be installed without any type of tuning software or downpipe fix?

Can be installed without a tune but requires a DP fix just like on the N54.

OK, just installed DP. The sound is AWESOME. The car feels more responsive, less lag. And definitely you can feel the extra horsepower kicking in. WOOTT!!
