Seriously, tho, that's one of the reasons we love traveling around Cali, there are some serious Discovery Channel moments.

Ahh ok so we're going to SLO?

I lived there for 2 years and it's a nice quiet town. Lot's of students for sure. In slo, there isn't much of a scenic area and big enough lot for 20+ cars. Further down, about 10 to 15min. is Pismo which can get crowded at times. There's a great clam chowder place called Splash Cafe. Rated #1 for the past 5 years now i think? Avila beach is cool. Not many tourists there so the parking are should be better.

If we do decide to go to slo, there's awesome bbq places to check out. Firebirds..i think that's what it's called....is pretty good.
