Will these sizes fit?

Hi.
I'm thiking of getting a new rims and tires
ans was wondering if these rims/tires would fit my car with no additional parts, or mods?
need some good advices from ya all.

I have a 2006 330i with sport pkg (all stock) and probably will change to the
Eibach Pro+FSD combo in the near future.

here's size of the rim/tires thinking of getting.

front: 18x8.5 ET 44 (235-40-18)
rear: 18x9.5 ET 35 (265-35-18)

Thanks is advance.

ET44 is a really high offset for the front of the E90. It will be close to the strut but I guess it will probably have a few mm clearance. Ideally you would want a 12mm spacer on the front.

Rear will be fine as it is.

With those tire sizes why not just get 19s? Especially if you're getting that combo, it offers a perfect drop for 19".

Front offset is a bit high, so I would be careful for inside clearance with suspension components. You can throw a 10mm for a more full look.

Rears will work perfectly fine without any kind of work.

Get 10mm or 12mm spacers in the front.
