Woo...sound like there will be a lot interest.

The company I am working at is currently maunfacturing the e90 carbon fiber trim. Quality should be very good in term of both fitment and weave since the company has been maunfacturing carbon fiber body panels for motorcycle for the last 10 years.

I will be able to get the first set within a month and it will be install on my own car. Since the physical produce has not been release yet, the price is still undetermined at this moment. From my experience, the price will be in the range of 400-500. However, this will still be some uncertainty at this point.

For those of you who are interested in the trim. Please follow this thread, and I will keep all of you update once I get any new information. And of course, post up some detail pictures of the trim on my car.

but now i have beige interior, so i don't think it'll look too great

on black interior, or terra, i'd be all over it

maybe next car

How about some silver carbon fiber.....

Other color carbon fiber will also be possible.

Hahaha....the first set is custom build for me with my name engraved on the trim, you still want it, lol, j/k j/k

The factory is currently producing the first batch black carbon fiber trim. Now, we are just starting on the moundling process, so it will be at least another 2 weeks before the physical produce appears. I will post up pictures of the trim as soon as the physical product comes out.

If the finished product is good quality, I will take a set also. The estimated price you mention here, is that for the complete kit? Dash, console and four doors? If the quality is good and the price is near this you will sell a lot of these. Hartge wants $2000+ for the set.
