quick release license plate holder?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good quick-release front license plate holder? i live in Chicago suburbs, and do not have front plates installed. I'm looking for a solution that lets you quickly install front plates (e.g. when parked in downtown chicago) and then quickly and easily remove them (after i'm done parking in DT chicago lol!)

Damn meter maids in chicago are always giving tickets to cars parked in the street with no plates. I live in the burbs where they never bother you for this.

Thanks!

That seems like a pretty petty thing to get ticketed for while parked.

Yup, I learned that it's a third party company that the city has outsourced to which does all the Meter parking tickets.

US Mill Works has a quick release tow hook mount.

FYI, the quick release, is just two pins holding the two parts together. So your plate can be easily stolen.

What about one of those flip out plates? I believe they make an automatic (remote) controlled one and a manual one
